APPLICATION:
- CALLSIGN
- ESTIMATED DATE AND TIME OF ARRIVAL

THE PPR REQUEST MUST BE SUBMITTED TO 'AEROPORTI DI PUGLIA' DURING
HR 0800-1600 (0700-1500) STARTING FROM THE TENTH DAY PRIOR TO THE
AIRCRAFTS ARRIVAL DATE AND NO LATER THAN 3 HOURS BEFORE THE
AIRCRAFTS ARRIVAL.
STATE/MILITARY AIRCRAFT, AIR AMBULANCE FLIGHTS, HUMANITARIAN,
RESCUE, AND EMERGENCY FLIGHTS ARE NOT SUBJECT TO THIS REGULATION.
EXEMPTIONS ALSO APPLY TO FLIGHTS WITH HANGAR PARKING AND THOSE
PARKED ON THE AEROCLUB APRON, AS SPECIFIED IN THE AIRPORT

DEPARTING AIRCRAFT:
THE AIRCRAFT SHALL STRICTLY CONTINUE ON THE ASSIGNED ROUTE UP TO
THE LIMIT OF THE CLEARANCE RECEIVED, WAITING FOR THE FOLLOW-ME TO
RETURN TO THE PARKING STAND.
ARRIVING AIRCRAFT:
IF, AT THE TIME OF THE FAILURE, TAXI INSTRUCTIONS HAVE ALREADY
BEEN RECEIVED, THE AIRCRAFT SHALL STRICTLY CONTINUE ON THE
ASSIGNED ROUTE UP TO THE LIMIT OF THE CLEARANCE RECEIVED, WHERE IT
WILL WAIT FOR THE FOLLOW-ME FOR PARKING.
IF THE FAILURE OCCURS IN FLIGHT OR IF NO TAXI INSTRUCTIONS HAVE
BEEN RECEIVED:

WILL REFERENCE THE SCHEDULED "TIME ENROUTE" OPTION AND ATTEMPT TO
CHOOSE A COST INDEX WHICH CLOSELY MATCHES THIS VALUE. NOTE THAT
THE "TIME ENROUTE" OPTION IS MEANT AS A GATE TO GATE TIME (AS
INDICATED ON AN AIRLINE'S FLIGHT SCHEDULE, FOR EXAMPLE). IF A
