OR POOR BRAKING ACTION)
- THE SURFACE WIND COMPONENTS ARE NOT TO BE INTENDED AS
OPERATIONAL LIMITS, BUT RATHER AS GUIDELINES FOR ATC RUNWAY
SELECTION
- THE RUNWAY CONFIGURATION IN USE 34R MAY BE CHANGED TO
