THE FOLLOWING LIMITATIONS APPLY:
MAXIMUM 24 HOUR PARKING - THE NUMBER OF AIRCRAFTS THAT MAY PARK ON
THE APRON ARE:
- 2 STANDS CATEGORY A
- 2 STANDS CATEGORY B
- 2 STANDS CATEGORY C
MAXIMUM 5-DAY PARKING - THE NUMBER OF AIRCRAFTS THAT MAY PARK ON
THE APRON ARE (EXCLUDING FERRY-IN FLIGHTS):
- 1 STAND CATEGORY A
- 1 STAND CATEGORY B
- 1 STAND CATEGORY C

THE AIRCRAFT OPERATOR MUST SELECT A DESIGNATED GROUND HANDLER,
WHO WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FINALIZING THE PPR REQUEST BY ENTERING
THE FOLLOWING FLIGHT DETAILS INTO THE AFOREMENTIONED SOFTWARE
APPLICATION:
- CALLSIGN
- ESTIMATED DATE AND TIME OF ARRIVAL
- ESTIMATED DATE AND TIME OF DEPARTURE
- AIRCRAFT TYPE (INCLUDING WINGSPAN, LENGTH, AND REGISTRATION
DETAILS)
- ROUTING
- FLIGHT TYPE (E.G. PRIVATE, COMMERCIAL, ETC.)
- NUMBER OF PASSENGERS ON BOARD
THE PPR REQUEST MUST BE SUBMITTED TO 'AEROPORTI DI PUGLIA' DURING
HR 0800-1600 (0700-1500) STARTING FROM THE TENTH DAY PRIOR TO THE
AIRCRAFTS ARRIVAL DATE AND NO LATER THAN 3 HOURS BEFORE THE
AIRCRAFTS ARRIVAL.
STATE/MILITARY AIRCRAFT, AIR AMBULANCE FLIGHTS, HUMANITARIAN,
RESCUE, AND EMERGENCY FLIGHTS ARE NOT SUBJECT TO THIS REGULATION.
EXEMPTIONS ALSO APPLY TO FLIGHTS WITH HANGAR PARKING AND THOSE
PARKED ON THE AEROCLUB APRON, AS SPECIFIED IN THE AIRPORT
REGULATIONS.

WHENEVER AN AIRCRAFT OPERATING IN MANOUVERING AREA EXPERIENCES A
RADIO FAILURE THE FOLLOWING ACTIONS MUST BE OBSERVED:
- DEPARTING AIRCRAFT:
THE AIRCRAFT SHALL CONTINUE TO THE LAST COORDINATED POINT, WAITING
FOR THE FOLLOW-ME TO RETURN TO THE PARKING STAND.
- ARRIVING AIRCRAFT:
IF AT THE TIME OF THE FAILURE A TAXI ROUTE HAVE ALREADY BEEN
COORDINATED, THE AIRCRAFT SHALL STRICTLY CONTINUE ON THE LAST
COORDINATED ROUTE AND IT WILL WAIT FOR THE FOLLOW-ME CAR TO RETURN
TO PARKING STAND.
IF THE PARKING STAND IS PROVIDED IT WILL TAXI TO THE STAND.

MAY SELECT "AUTO". WHEN PLANNING AN "AUTO" COST INDEX, THE SYSTEM
WILL REFERENCE THE SCHEDULED "TIME ENROUTE" OPTION AND ATTEMPT TO
CHOOSE A COST INDEX WHICH CLOSELY MATCHES THIS VALUE. NOTE THAT
THE "TIME ENROUTE" OPTION IS MEANT AS A GATE TO GATE TIME (AS
INDICATED ON AN AIRLINE'S FLIGHT SCHEDULE, FOR EXAMPLE). IF A
"TIME ENROUTE" OF 2:30 IS SELECTED, THE SYSTEM WILL SUBTRACT THE
