AIRCRAFTS ARRIVAL DATE AND NO LATER THAN 3 HOURS BEFORE THE
AIRCRAFTS ARRIVAL.
STATE/MILITARY AIRCRAFT, AIR AMBULANCE FLIGHTS, HUMANITARIAN,
RESCUE, AND EMERGENCY FLIGHTS ARE NOT SUBJECT TO THIS REGULATION.
